My name is Thai-Vinh Phan and I am of Vietnamese descent.

Growing up exposed to different cultures, I developed an open-mindedness and adaptability that have helped me tremendously in my career. I studied to be an industrial engineering technologist and have worked in the manufacturing field for over 25 years.

Throughout these years, I have gained extensive experience in project management, process optimization, and continuous improvement. I have held positions as a production supervisor, operations supervisor, and production manager. These roles have allowed me to develop strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate my teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Optimization is in my blood, and I use this quality to help people. I firmly believe that constant improvement is the key to success, whether in industry or in personal life.

My leadership has enabled me to increase the profitability of several companies I have supported by implementing innovative strategies and fostering collaboration. I am passionate about sales and negotiation, as they require attentive listening and the art of finding win-win solutions.

Today, I'm at Toyota to help people realize their dream of driving some of the best cars in the world. My goal is to share that passion and expertise to contribute to their success and satisfaction.
